"Through the Looking Glass" tells the story of
nymphs, sprites and all things unashamedly girly for RJC’s summer
2004/5 collection. Designer Claire Kingan-Jones uses a colour palette
that evokes romance and enchantment, and has produced ethereal and
feminine designs in a bouquet of delicate fabrics. Prints are plentiful
- pretty botanical motifs and naïve, petite florals mix back with
bold deco prints, playing the exotic against the demure. RJC translates
a nostalgic journey of the imagination into garments that offer
arouse temptation and excitement.
